Home delivery

We deliver your packages to your home or office quickly, recording the time of delivery and the name of the person who receives it. Important: The place of delivery must be within the metropolitan area of the city of Lima. If you are in a province or remote area, you may have an additional charge.

When registering you only need to enter your data: Name and Surname, DNI or RUC, email, telephone, address in Peru.

Remember that, within 24 hours, you will receive a welcome email where you will get your locker number and address of our office in Miami where you must send your purchases: 2614 NW 72nd Ave. – Miami, Florida (Zipcode: 33122-1306).

PURCHASE

Make your purchases online and send them to our office in Miami with your full name and locker number.

Once your purchases arrive, you will receive an email with a code that will identify your package. With this you can request shipping by attaching invoice or order of your purchase by email to: embarques@impex.pe

Remember that you can combine two or more purchases at no additional cost. Also, do not forget to inform yourself about the restrictions of your country. For more information go to: Important Information – Customs!

SHIPPING

Your package will be prepared to travel to Peru in the shortest time possible. Once you are on your way, you will receive an email informing you of your departure from our office to Peru. We willl take care of the rest!

Once your shipment is ready for delivery in Peru, you will receive an email with the amount to pay for the service, so you can make the payment and send us your receipt. After that, your shipment will be scheduled for delivery to your home or office.

Important: Any package that arrives from abroad must go through a procedure with the Peruvian Customs to have its approval and the shipment enters our country.

Once registered as an IMPEXBOX client, your locker is free, so there is no cost.
Each country has its own laws and regulations for receiving goods. Therefore, we suggest informing you about what type of products require permits or are prohibited, by contacting SUNAT or visiting: https://www.sunat.gob.pe/orientacionaduanera/mercanciasrestrictidas/
Any package with a value greater than $200 or that requires a special procedure may generate additional expenses. Customs reserves the right to value the merchandise that is sent without an invoice or without support of value.
Because this type of request is unusual and requires material, it does have an additional cost and can be completed within 24 and 48 hours of being requested from one of our advisors.
You should not worry, you will be notified as soon as your purchase arrives at our warehouse in Miami with your code with which we will identify your package. Consider that IMPEXBOX is not responsible for packages that are damaged by the seller's poor packaging or arrive at our office broken, damaged or in poor condition; this must be claimed directly from the seller.
The service provided by IMPEXBOX is door to door, so that any person over 18 years of age within the home or company can receive it.
